Celebrating Our Varsity All-Stars

Recognizing the top Ducks Unlimited Varsity chapters for their outstanding contributions to wetlands conservation.

What Makes a Varsity All-Star?

The Ducks Unlimited Varsity All-Star recognition program is modeled after the local adult chapters’ All-Star program, with a focus on calendar-year fundraising results. In 2023, varsity chapters collectively raised an impressive $600,000 to support wetlands conservation.

To qualify for All-Star status, Varsity chapters must have raised at least $10,000 through the following revenue streams:

  • Event Income from all chapter events (minimum $5,000 to qualify)
  • Silent Bid Auction Income
  • Donor-Directed Major Gifts

Chapters are recognized at three levels based on their fundraising:

  • Gold All-Star: $30,000+
  • Silver All-Star: $20,000–$29,999
  • Bronze All-Star: $10,000–$19,999
