Dale Hall, Paul Bonderson and George Dunklin, CEO, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Ducks Unlimited respectively, released the below statements following the death of Associate Justice Antonin Scalia of the United States Supreme Court:

"The hunting and sportsmen communities lost an advocate in Justice Scalia,"Hall said. "He was a man of the people, a family man and dedicated public servant. Ducks Unlimited was fortunate to have the Justice as a personal friend for many years."

"I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Justice Scalia," Bonderson said. "I was honored to call him a friend and enjoyed our time together in the field. He will truly be missed."

"Justice Scalia was an avid hunter and champion for Ducks Unlimited," Dunklin said. "I cherish the memories made with Justice Scalia and send our thoughts and prayers to his family as they go through this difficult time."

Justice Scalia spoke at the 2014 Ducks Unlimited National Convention in St. Louis, where he thrilled the crowd with stories of growing up hunting.
