This video by the Northern Institute of Applied Climate Science explores how Ducks Unlimited, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Forest Service are restoring bottomland hardwood forests at the Shawnee National Forest and two National Wildlife Refuges while considering climate changes taking place in southern Illinois and Indiana.
The efforts are part of Ducks Unlimited's Big Rivers Initiative, which is supported by Major Donors, corporate partners and foundations such as the Caterpillar Foundation.
