The one-of-a-kind collection of national award winning decorative decoys is made possible by the generosity, passion and remarkable philanthropy of private collectors Ellen and Doug Miller of Castle Rock, Colorado and features work by internationally renowned carvers such as William Schultz, John Scheeler, Pat Godin, and Jett Brunet. Currently on display in the Ducks Unlimited Waterfowling Heritage Center.
The "Rice and Ducks" display educates visitors about U.S. grown rice and the intrinsic tie between these working wetlands and waterfowl. As part of the USA Rice-Ducks Unlimited Rice Stewardship Partnership efforts to sustain the future of rice, this exhibit explains the annual cycle of rice farming and elaborates the many important environmental benefits of rice farming within relation to waterfowl. Currently on display in the Ducks Unlimited Waterfowling Heritage Center.
Bob Pitt's, a Tennessee native, has spent over 45 years amassing his extensive collection of duck calls produced by Tennessee call makers. The collection depicts the rich history of Tennessee call making and waterfowling culture. Currently on display in the Ducks Unlimited Waterfowling Heritage Center.
Ducks Unlimited is proud to present an incredible collection of North Carolina gunning decoys that tells the state's rich waterfowling history. The display represents many famous carvers such as Mitchell Fulcher, Lee Dudley, and Mannie Haywood. Currently on display in the Ducks Unlimited Waterfowling Heritage Center inside the Bass Pro Pyramid. The exhibit ends September 2020.
