Member information is collected through the DU Website, DU events and DU social media based upon information provided by the member. As such, it is the responsibility of each Director, Trustee, National Officer, State Officer, Area Chair, Committee and Chapter member, and volunteer who receives such information as listed below, to treat such information and the information contained therein as confidential and proprietary information of Ducks Unlimited:
Under no circumstances may such lists, mailing labels and/or other information be made public, sold, exchanged for "in kind" services, nor given or provided to any organization, company or person for any purpose without the express written consent of the President of Ducks Unlimited.
DU may use this information to tailor offers, educate and provide information of interest to its members, DU reserves the right to share the information with its corporate partners, and other interested third parties provided that, at the sole discretion of the President, the sharing of this information is to the benefit of the individual member and/or the membership-at-large.
The protection of this information is paramount to the President, Board and Staff of DU.
