Thank you to all the state campaign committees. You are key volunteers in our fundraising efforts. Your willingness to ask others helped us raise almost $52 million in new commitments. Also, 68 percent of individual Major Sponsors made an annual gift in 2019, and 155 DU members made a Feather Society commitment.
Wisconsin was at the top of the 2019 State Campaign effort through teamwork by volunteers and staff. State Campaign Chairman Todd Schubring and State Chairman Jeff Maletzke set measurable and attainable goals and effectively communicated those goals throughout the year. Wisconsin DU increased annual participation to 80 percent and received more than $1 million in new commitments and almost $1.5 million in cash while surpassing their Life Sponsor, upgrade, and Feather Society goals by more than 50 percent. An incredible achievement!
Florida took the second spot on the 2019 Top Ten list, more than tripling the number of new Life Sponsors and upgrades from the previous year.
Thank you for all you do to support Ducks Unlimited. Your dedication and commitment are making a much better world for North Americas wetlands, waterfowl, and people.
