Overview

Ducks Unlimited's Great Plains Region's staff delivers wetland restoration and mitigation opportunities within a seven-state region. Our staff has the capability to see each project to completion, from preliminary site investigations to final design and construction inspections. Together, DU biologists, civil engineers, land surveyors, geologists, and construction managers have the combined knowledge to find solutions to all aspects of wetland engineering. We use the most technologically advanced methods to provide topographic surveys, wetland infrastructure design, mitigation solutions, and construction management.

The Great Plains Region oversees Ducks Unlimited's conservation work in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas,north-dakota-project-web.jpg and Wyoming. The region's headquarters is in Bismarck, North Dakota, and it houses administration, core engineering, GIS, and biological staff. DU also maintains engineering staff in Nebraska and Colorado. If you would like more information about engineering projects or mitigation opportunities, contact the GPRO at 701-355-3500.
