Need a little help. I don't want to get the wrong trolling motor shaft length. Anyone have a tracker grizzly1754 that can help or give me an idea on how to figure what I'll need? Let me know. Mark

Are you looking for a transom mount or bow mount trolling motor? I have a 1754 and have both so let me know which you want

I just went out and measured them, the transom mount measures 33" and the bow mount is 44". These measurements are of the shaft only, not the top or bottom heads.

Thanks a lot. I am looking to get a bow mount. Now that I know which length shaft, do you think the 55 lb minn Kota edge with a 45 in shaft will be a good match for the boat?

Yes a 55 will work very well for you with a 45 inch shaft, thats what i have and dont usually run on full speed
