I understand all dogs are different, but I'm new to this and I'm really happy with my results so far. I have a very young pup, 15 weeks, but she has responded so well to all of the obedience training. I'm sure I have months before I should start FF, just wanted to see what everyone's opinions were. I keep hearing 6-9 months. What's your personal experience? Any advice or opinions welcomed and appreciated.

if you decide to go that route you should wait at least until your pup has all her adult teeth in, usually after 6mos.

FF is the only way to go.  Wait until the dog's adult teeth are in which is around six months or so.  Before starting there should be a foundation of basic obedience.

There is never an "only way" to do anything.

She's started losing her baby teeth in the last couple of weeks. Thanks gentlemen.
