I have a 14' Jon boat and I was wondering if anybody had some plans on how to make a homemade blind for it?

Maybe you already thought about/discovered this, but I went on youtube and found some videos of people making blinds out of pvc pipe and mesh and zip tieing grass onto it. It's not really a plan, more of a general idea but seems simple enough.

perfectly good idea.  use schedule 80 pvc for a more durable finished product.

This is what a friend just did. Braces for the side, easy on and off, then a camo sheet

I built a scissor blind out of conduit for my 16 ft G3.  I used bimini hardware to connect it to the boat, so there are 4 screws holding it on.  I attached a tarp and camo  sheets of burlap.  I hang grass mats on it.  The total cost is around 100.  It sets up in about 5 minutes.

Can anyone PM me some pictures of your boat blinds. I am in need of one and need some pictures or instructions on how to build one to a Jon Boat.
